Policies & Expectations

I am excited to help you create the wedding of your dreams, however…

I do have some policies/expectations I have to adhere to to ensure all runs seamlessly and to honor my time and energy.

  • I will provide one in-person consultation where all floral elements of the wedding will be discussed. All bouquets, centerpieces, boutonnieres, corsages, other floral items should be discussed during this time.

  • In order to provide an accurate quote, I will also need to know dimensions of any vases/archways etc. that are being provided by the client’s party. If vases are being sourced by the client, I will need to pick those up/have them delivered two weeks before the wedding. If I am to source vases, I will need money up front to order them and ensure they arrive in time.

  • Since I do not operate out of a brick & mortar shop where I keep stock of flowers at all times, I do not provide samples/mockups/etc of my work. My portfolio on my website or on instagram serve that purpose. If this is something you require, you can pay for a fresh floral arrangement which can be delivered at an agreed upon date.

  • If some things need to be added/altered or cut after our initial meeting those should be communicated via email before the quote is provided and the flowers are ordered.

  • After the quote is provided and agreed to, a deposit of 50% is due. Any changes after this point may be subjected to additional charges.

  • Two weeks before the wedding date, the other half of the money should be provided. All money is non-refundable.

  • I will be available to set up all floral elements a few hours before the event starts, however I do not offer take-down.

  • Finally, I do my best to provide prompt communication to ensure everything is ordered in time and expect that in return, as much as possible. If there are lapses in communication, the window for ordering flowers in time can be compromised.
